Alex P & Brad C were courteous and did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They also explained every step they were taking to make my wife and I feel comfortable. Most of all they were very patient with all of my questions. (I know I am not very patient when I am sweating).

I appreciate the great attitude and the discussions I had with Nick Kelton. He and I came up with the best solution for my house and family. Helitech is fantastic. The garage floor and a few other concrete areas at our house had sunk. We were selling our home and had to make repairs as a contingency of the sale. We received bids from 5 different companies and ultimately selected Helitech. Helitech was confident they could lift the garage floor (others were not). Their price was competitive. They have an outstanding reputation. They responded quickly to our bid request and any other email/calls I made (many others I had to follow up with multiple times just to get a bid!). Helitech was also very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. It was the busy season and they had a multiple week wait that extended beyond the closing date of the sale of our house. They shifted their schedules and were able to fit us in almost immediately.
The repairs are now complete and it looks great. If you’re considering using Helitech for something, do yourself a favor and give them a shot at the job. You won’t regret it.
Excellent customer service. Solved our sinking patio issue. The did a fantastic job and were very professional. They were very knowledgeable about what was causing the sinking issue and were extremely helpful finding us a solution that fit our budget. Thank you!!

I’m writing this review entirely based on my introduction to the company with Brian Cox and his home visit to perform a quote/sales call. I had two other companies scheduled to come out and do quotes later that week, but I was so impressed with his transparency, thoroughness, and willingness to listen that I was completely sold and canceled their appts. This is how a sales call is supposed to go, sometimes people come out and try to interrupt, rush and slap down a piece of paper and get out. Brian had the emotional intelligence to work w/ me on my level and that makes for an incredible customer experience. He should really be getting paid the big bucks and training other people on the team – I hope that’s the case. Thanks, Brian!
My home is now dry, even after severe rainstorms. Thank you, Helitech team, especially Kevin and Lucas (foreman). Everyone advised me to hire a company that had experience and was in business for a long time. I see the wisdom in that. My house needed that experience and teamwork. After two phases (1 – sump and drainage, crack repair, and wall anchors and 2 – concrete leveling, pier, and French drain), I no longer even check the weather forecast. Lucas S. was the foreman in both phases and his work ethic and concern about the job are very much appreciated. They show up on time, show consideration for you and your home, and complete the work, including clean up. Thank you, Helitech, for all of your hard work on my home.
Dean H & Corey G were very hard workers. As well as very understanding. I did not have anything to do today so I was outside the entire time they were working. They explained everything they were doing as I continually pestered them with questions. Oh yeah, the work turned out great too!
I’ve recently moved my family into my parent’s old house. They built it 45 years ago and there was some settling over the years. The patio in the back had sunk down at least 4 inches and the steps were quite a drop now from the doorway. After getting a really low bid from a competitor for mudjacking, I called Helitech. Jake came out to perform the site inspection and provide us with an estimate. He was very thorough in his explanation of their process and the material they use. It is not the same as mudjacking by any means which resulted in an obvious price difference. We decided to go with the Helitech bid because of poor past experiences with mudjacking. Helitech had also taken the time to follow up with us a few days after the bid to see if we had any questions. The competitor did not. Scheduling was good with Ashley calling us and emailing us several times with the possible work dates and confirmations. We received all the paperwork promptly and the paperwork was very clear and thorough. On the day of the work, we received a call from the crew supervisor giving us an ETA. Jaylin and Mathew were the crew that performed the work. They were extremely professional in their prep work, the explanation of the work being done, and what expectations to have from the results. From start to finish, the whole process took 3 hours for our particular job. The crew brought plenty of the right equipment so that they didn’t have to try to take their truck into the yard. With the rain lately, it would’ve sunk in and damaged the grass badly so we were grateful for that. During the work, the supervisor had us come to check on their work several times to make sure that they were achieving what we were hoping to. At the end of the job, we did a final inspection and were extremely pleased. The work really outdid what we expected. Our patio was back to its original location and the driveway repair that they performed was virtually flush again which was important with relatives coming for the upcoming holidays. Most importantly, there was no mess left when the crew departed, and our dogs approved by running out and sniffing the work area! I would highly recommend Helitech for any work in the future.

Will and his crew with Helitech did a fantastic job. They made some suggestions and I felt they had my best interest in mind. My porch and house foundation is finally stable and I can relax and enjoy our home.
The work has not been completed yet so can’t comment on that. Mark Keleher, our Helitech rep has been outstanding. Mark has been very thorough in reviewing and explaining the project. He has made sure to answer all of our questions and been very flexible in working with us to schedule the project. We completely trust what Mark tells us would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to fix foundation and basement problems. He is outstanding.
I wanted to send huge thanks for the long and hard work that Aaron & Todd (and too many others who were here less of the time) put in here at my home over the past 2 weeks. They went out of their way to work around my older home’s issues, pool area, and completed basement. They were great in communicating things to me, keeping me in the loop of their work, and overall doing a fantastic job. Thanks so much for simply “doing the right thing” and getting it done correctly. Thanks for all the discounts and cheaper prices with all the nuances of this particular job. Kevin has been great in going above and beyond to help me get things ready for the work to be done and after. We have become good friends. Thanks to John also, for explaining in detail some of the logistics, too. And thanks so much for your company representing JESUS to the world, our city, and to each customer. We initially contracted with Woods Basement Systems to solve our issues. After a year and numerous attempts to get the job completed it was not! I reached out to them many times and finally figured out they didn’t want my business. So I emailed your company. Your sales rep assessed the project and we contracted the job on 6/11/17. The job was completed today, 7/24/17.
We were pleased with the sales rep, Chris Watson. He was professional and courteous. I texted him several times and he always responded in a timely manner. The leveling crew, Dean and Cory, were fantastic! They were friendly, informative, and both were professional. They worked diligently to complete the job. I will recommend your company to everyone based on this experience. The only regret I have is not contacting Helitech first! If I had the job would’ve been completed a year ago…lesson learned!

We needed a quote on some concrete leveling at our home here in Cedar Rapids. We got a quote for the work from another company before we contacted Helitech. Brett Hansen from Helitech came over to our house and gave us a quote. By comparison, we found Helitech a better company and Brett Hansen a much more professional and courteous representative. We had not planned to make a decision on the project the day Brett came over to give the quote, but we were so impressed with his integrity and professionalism, we decided to sign the contract for the work before he left. Very impressive representative and great company!
