Haven’t had a drop of water in my basement since Helitech worked on it. It wasn’t uncommon to have an inch of water down there before.

My basement was bad for leaking water. After getting all the small details out of the way, the crew showed up on time and called before they got here. I went down many times to take pictures the crew was happy to show me and explained what they were doing and how the system would work. And now my basement looks a lot better then it used to and it’s staying dry.

I contacted Helitech to conduct an inspection of a home I was purchasing. The sales rep., Jon Courtney, was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He truly seemed to have my best interest at heart and helped me feel confident that property I was purchasing would be free of headaches during the spring rains. I never once felt pressured into buying a product I didn’t need. I would highly recommend Helitech to anyone who is in need of their services!

Alex, Dwayne, and Dan did a fantastic job piering my foundation. They were prompt, courteous, neat, and worked at a hard job without stopping. They clearly explained what needed to be done, and did not do more work than was required. They also took the time to consult with contractors who were doing other types of work on my house and made sure that everyone was in agreement as to what was to be done, the timing of it, and by whom. Randy who initially came out to bid on the job was also excellent. Helitech came highly recommended, and I can see why. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
