Jordan Peetz was absolutely amazing when he came to give us a quote. He really took the time to explain all of our different options and the benefits and drawbacks of each one. We weren’t rushed or pressured into anything which was really nice. He explained every step of the process, gave us a detailed quote, and left with no pressure to commit to anything!

A section of my patio had broken off and was funneling rainwater into my foundation. I called Helitech, and Tanner came out to assess the damage. He also noted my uneven driveway. He developed a comprehensive plan to address both issues. The work was later completed to perfection by Mike and Nelson. I found everyone to be knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and cost-conscious. 

Helitech in the Quad Cities did a great job in LeClaire doing a foundation correction for us. George McNeir was our Home Care Specialist and the crew of Alex Skinner, Caden Schmitt and Shamus Murphy fixed our problem quickly. Good communication and prompt service!

George was extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to accessing our driveway. Explained the whole process to me and made the decision to have the work done that much easier.

Our sidewalk settled unevenly resulting in trip hazards and sloping towards our home. A Helitech Project Specialist, Todd Altepeter, quickly came to our home, assessed the situation and provided a detailed project proposal/estimate. The Helitech scheduling team contacted us soon after to schedule the repair. Finally, the Helitech repair techs Ryan and Carl arrived promptly on-time, fully explained the repair activities, assisted with a project change request and performed the work. The entire experience with Helitech was professional, thorough and pleasant.

Dean H & Corey G were very hard workers. As well as very understanding. I did not have anything to do today so I was outside the entire time they were working. They explained everything they were doing as I continually pestered them with questions. Oh yeah, the work turned out great too!

Alex P & Brad C were courteous and did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They also explained every step they were taking to make my wife and I feel comfortable. Most of all they were very patient with all of my questions. (I know I am not very patient when I am sweating).

Helitech is fantastic. The garage floor and a few other concrete areas at our house had sunk. We were selling our home and had to make repairs as a contingency of the sale. We received bids from 5 different companies and ultimately selected Helitech. Helitech was confident they could lift the garage floor (others were not). Their price was competitive. They have an outstanding reputation. They responded quickly to our bid request and any other email/calls I made (many others I had to follow up with multiple times just to get a bid!). Helitech was also very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. It was the busy season and they had a multiple week wait that extended beyond the closing date of the sale of our house. They shifted their schedules and were able to fit us in almost immediately.

The repairs are now complete and it looks great. If you’re considering using Helitech for something, do yourself a favor and give them a shot at the job. You won’t regret it.

We initially contracted with Woods Basement Systems to solve our issues. After a year and numerous attempts to get the job completed it was not! I reached out to them many times and finally figured out they didn’t want my business. So I emailed your company. Your sales rep assessed the project and we contracted the job on 6/11/17. The job was completed today, 7/24/17.

We were pleased with the sales rep, Chris Watson. He was professional and courteous. I texted him several times and he always responded in a timely manner. The leveling crew, Dean and Cory, were fantastic! They were friendly, informative, and both were professional. They worked diligently to complete the job. The work has not been completed yet so can’t comment on that. Mark Keleher, our Helitech rep has been outstanding. Mark has been very thorough in reviewing and explaining the project. He has made sure to answer all of our questions and been very flexible in working with us to schedule the project. We completely trust what Mark tells us would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to fix foundation and basement problems. He is outstanding.

My home is now dry, even after severe rainstorms. Thank you, Helitech team, especially Kevin and Lucas (foreman). After two phases (1 – sump and drainage, crack repair, and wall anchors and 2 – concrete leveling, pier, and French drain), I no longer even check the weather forecast. I’ve recently moved my family into my parent’s old house. They built it 45 years ago and there was some settling over the years. The patio in the back had sunk down at least 4 inches and the steps were quite a drop now from the doorway. After getting a really low bid from a competitor for mudjacking, I called Helitech. Jake came out to perform the site inspection and provide us with an estimate. He was very thorough in his explanation of their process and the material they use. It is not the same as mudjacking by any means which resulted in an obvious price difference. We decided to go with the Helitech bid because of poor past experiences with mudjacking. Helitech had also taken the time to follow up with us a few days after the bid to see if we had any questions. The competitor did not. Scheduling was good with Ashley calling us and emailing us several times with the possible work dates and confirmations. We received all the paperwork promptly and the paperwork was very clear and thorough. On the day of the work, we received a call from the crew supervisor giving us an ETA. Jaylin and Mathew were the crew that performed the work. They were extremely professional in their prep work, the explanation of the work being done, and what expectations to have from the results. From start to finish, the whole process took 3 hours for our particular job. The crew brought plenty of the right equipment so that they didn’t have to try to take their truck into the yard. With the rain lately, it would’ve sunk in and damaged the grass badly so we were grateful for that. During the work, the supervisor had us come to check on their work several times to make sure that they were achieving what we were hoping to. At the end of the job, we did a final inspection and were extremely pleased. The work really outdid what we expected. Our patio was back to its original location and the driveway repair that they performed was virtually flush again which was important with relatives coming for the upcoming holidays. Most importantly, there was no mess left when the crew departed, and our dogs approved by running out and sniffing the work area! I would highly recommend Helitech for any work in the future.
