Our sidewalk settled unevenly resulting in trip hazards and sloping towards our home. A Helitech Project Specialist, Todd Altepeter, quickly came to our home, assessed the situation and provided a detailed project proposal/estimate. The Helitech scheduling team contacted us soon after to schedule the repair. Finally, the Helitech repair techs Ryan and Carl arrived promptly on-time, fully explained the repair activities, assisted with a project change request and performed the work.
