This company was amazing from start to finish, from beginning to end the solution design was specific and exact – thank you Nick!! As scheduled, the Forman Jarret and his one man crew arrived on time and those two young men probably did a 3 or 4 person job. They were neat and cleared any debris, very clean at the end of the job. My project was stress less and I was confident very quickly the Foreman Jarret knew his job extremely well. My experience was stress less and the job was well done. Helitech please recognize Foreman Jarret and his one man crew did a great job and I was extremely pleased with the finished product. They were thoughtful and respectful of my property and professional, The Foreman Jarret answered all of my questions and was thorough. Thank you Jarret!!! I don’t usually leave business reviews but have to tell you about the positive experience I’ve had. I have been working with Josh to coordinate getting some work done in my basement. From day one, Josh was professional and genuine and personable (all qualities I look for when doing business with anyone). He did not hound me trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He was responsive anytime I reached out to him. Either he was readily available or would text or call me back as soon as he could. He sent me pics in a timely manner. What I appreciated the most was that he was able to articulate a complicated process of proposed work very well and answered all of my questions, so I understood the work to be completed. Great first, second, third and so on impression!
We just had an inspection done with Josh from Helitech. He was so easy to work with! Great communication and took time explaining what he saw, and the process used to correct the issue. Josh was very thorough and even sought advice from a teammate to make sure we weren’t missing anything. He took great care of us and even made the financial picture more attainable.
