Lalo, Rodney, and Chris are awesome! My house was supposed to be an easy, straightforward project, 13 piers all from the exterior. When they started digging they quickly found out that my house has an 8ft frost footing in some parts and giant rocks that they had to pull out by hand. What was supposed to be an easy 2.5-3 day job turned into a 4 day job. They showed up every day and worked hard in the heat. I am so happy with the work they did! They really are the best!
Chris came to my home to provide an estimate on the foundation crack repair process. He provided a very thorough review and explanation of the process and all the work required to complete job properly. He did an excellent job. Plus, some siding removal will be needed and he will provide a contractor for that, which is good. Difficult to find small job contractors these days. Also provided some additional info on exterior drainage items. I agreed on quote provided. Look forward to working with Chris and getting this work completed.
Follow up: Christian and Marcus completed the crack repair. They arrived on scheduled date and time. Good coordination with subcontractor that had to do some siding removal and other prep items, plus return. When crack repair was completed Christian took the time to explain all the work that was done. Did a very good job. Looks very thorough. Good communication and very professional.

Kurtis and his crew spent 3 days working on the foundation of my 125 year old house. They supported the house, poured new footings, replaced main center beam. Replaced a damaged sill plate on one side, amongst other things. Kurtis and his crew were professional and kept me updated on progress throughout the project. They also worked around my dogs on occasion. I would highly recommend Helitech!

Had a crawlspace encapsulation, dehumidifier, and other work done at my home using the Heartland Helitech office. Caleb and his crew of Bryce, Alejandro, and Daron did a great job on the project.
