The sales rep (Jon Courtney) was very helpful! To start, we had a scary old foundation that was leaking and cracking on 2 sides. He took time to walk through all options and the pros and cons of the options. The was zero pressure to commit to a costly repair. He took the time to help us understand the structural concerns as we had no clue. We worked through the concerns which put us in the best position to stabilize our foundation walls and provide a lifetime guarantee of the structure. We also were provided a solution that would provide peace of mind for when we choose to sell our home. The lifetime warranty is transferable to the next owner which provides the potential buyer peace of mind as well. The solution we bought was not the most expensive solution, it was the best solution. We can’t thank Jon enough for the service and support throughout the entire process. We would recommend Helitech and Jon to anyone that has a need for foundation or waterproofing concerns.
