I had a crack in my basement wall due to a sagging corner. I called a couple of foundation repair companies including Helitech. The representative that came out was professional and much more comprehensive than the other companies. I got a quick estimate, agreed to the repair and got on the calendar much faster than anticipated.
The crew that came out to handle the repair was excellent. Colton ran the crew with Noah and Ryan filling out the crew. They showed up exactly on time for three days. On day one they provided (what turned out to be) a very accurate estimation of the daily activities. They needed to be in the house for some of the work (sealing the crack after bringing the foundation back to level) and Colton stayed in communication via text when he needed to come inside. I was working remotely and they asked if there were any particular times when they should avoid the louder work in case I was on a conference call.
Ultimately, they did a great job on the repair, they showed up on time, cleaned up, kept me informed (and tolerated my nosyness), and went above and beyond on some special ground work requests I had involving replacing clay with loamy soil.
Nobody ever enjoys having foundation work done. But, I can’t be more please with the work, the workers, and the workmanship that was done. I highly recommend Helitech with particular shout out to Colten, Noah and Ryan.
