Melvin was prompt and detailed and 100% respectful. We had an amazing experience with Helitech and highly recommend them. Sam our “sales rep” came in and measured and submitted the necessary paperwork to get the repair moving and scheduled. Michelle in the office was very transparent and available to answer our questions. In July our area was hit with 14 inches of rain in a couple hour time span which caused major flooding and caused a leak in our basement. Helitech employees were prompt, responsive, respectful and courteous. Having a company that is transparent through this process has been a major stress reliever.
