Sam came out to inspect our crawl space after we had been told by a pest control contractor that there was mold and moisture that needed to be fixed (for $10,000) immediately. Sam showed me under our house that there was absolutely no moisture or mold and that our foundation was in excellent condition. He wouldn’t even let me pay for his time helping us out. A great company and a man of high integrity.
