Steps to Replace a Foundation Wall

Support Installation: To ensure the home’s stability during construction, temporary ‘H’ iron posts are carefully installed on existing cross beams for support.
Excavation: The basement area is cleared, and excavators remove soil around the foundation to create the necessary working space.
Wall Rebuild: New foundation walls are constructed using rebar and wood panels, filled with concrete to form sturdy, poured walls.
Block Wall Integration: Cinder blocks connect the new concrete walls to the upper structure, sealing off the basement and reinforcing the home.
