I don’t usually leave business reviews but have to tell you about the positive experience I’ve had. I have been working with Josh to coordinate getting some work done in my basement. From day one, Josh was professional and genuine and personable (all qualities I look for when doing business with anyone). He did not hound me trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He was responsive anytime I reached out to him. Either he was readily available or would text or call me back as soon as he could. He sent me pics in a timely manner. What I appreciated the most was that he was able to articulate a complicated process of proposed work very well and answered all of my questions, so I understood the work to be completed. Great first, second, third and so on impression!

I had a wonderful experience working with Helitech. They did a very good waterproofing my basement and left the workplace cleaned up. So far everything is working fine we will get a real test in the rainy season.
