Helitech in the Quad Cities did a great job in LeClaire doing a foundation correction for us. George McNeir was our Home Care Specialist and the crew of Alex Skinner, Caden Schmitt and Shamus Murphy fixed our problem quickly. Good communication and prompt service!

George was extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to accessing our driveway. Explained the whole process to me and made the decision to have the work done that much easier.

My husband, David N., and I live in Princeton, Iowa. We are 20 miles north of Davenport, Iowa, and close to the Mississippi River. Mark Keleher, Home Care Specialist for Helitech, has been helping us figure out, then solve the problems that dealt with waterproofing our basement. We have used the services of Helitech 3 additional times, including a project beginning in a few weeks. Mark and Helitech have been a tremendous help to us the past 3 times.

We value the time and information Mark has shared with us in order to correct these waterproofing problems. Problems like these require a reputable company that takes pride in their work and in doing an excellent job.

Nick, Charles, and Josh were an excellent crew, carefully explained everything they were doing and kept us advised of what they were doing each day. Left the area cleaner that when they got there.

Helitech and our Home Care Specialist Mark rock! 5 years ago they waterproofed our basement – not a drip of water. We are now having them help with some outside draining. We wouldn’t call anyone else!

I had three companies give quotes on waterproofing my basement. Helitech was by far the best choice. Mark Keleher, the Home Care Specialist, was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything in great detail including all of our options. I felt I was making a well-informed decision specific to my home not just being “sold” a one size fits all package. The crew did a great job! They were courteous and answered any questions we had during the project. I trusted Helitech with my home and am so happy with the results.

The work has not been completed yet so can’t comment on that. Mark Keleher, our Helitech rep has been outstanding. Mark has been very thorough in reviewing and explaining the project. He has made sure to answer all of our questions and been very flexible in working with us to schedule the project. We completely trust what Mark tells us would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to fix foundation and basement problems. He is outstanding.

Mark k was great. Even though he wasn’t the one who initially came out, he still took the time to make sure I had financing information. He followed through and followed up well. Great customer service.

As I homeowner having water in your home is frustrating! In my case, my kitchen is actually in the basement, so when I got water, it affected my living space and where I have dinner with my family. I asked around my work to see who people would recommend. Helitech was mentioned 3 times, so I thought, “I’ll give them a call”, this became the best decision I could have made!
After making an apt with the friendly receptionist, I was introduced to Mark. He came to the house and explained everything to me. He was so nice and knowledgeable that all my worries were instantly put at ease. When he quoted me for the work that needed to be done, I about cried as to how reasonable the cost would be! I thanked him and he told me I would be getting a call as to when the job would start.

Not long after, Joy emailed and called me. She was very nice and helped me schedule a time for work to start.

On December 10th, Nick and his crew arrived! Nick was very nice and professional. As a woman, I tend to be intimidated by these things, however, Nick treated me with total respect and explained to me exactly what they would need to do. The crew worked hard to dig and excavate around my foundation. They were skilled and diligent both days. They let me know when there was an issue. I got a chance to view the final product before the dirt was replaced. It was BEAUTIFUL! I have complete confidence that water will no longer be ruining my dinner with my family!
Mark and Nick assured me that in the spring Helitech will return to regrade the dirt as well as seed and straw the area.

Helitech was an awesome company to work with and I am 100% satisfied and happy with my experience. From Mark to Joy, then to Nick and his crew … I never felt nervous and I felt like they truly cared.

I have a big project to do on my foundation. Mark came out and spent a lot of time discussing the job, and the solution to the problem. Then came back out once the plan was finalized and walked us through financing and getting us hooked up with a liason who will provide the ongoing details of the project. I am looking forward to finally getting this big job done and I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders already. A big thanks to Mark!

Job is now completed and the WHOLE crew is amazing. From scheduling with Ashley, the foremans Alex and Mike, and Mark showing up on day one to go over everything before we started, I couldn’t be more pleased. These guys work like horses, I couldn’t believe the progress each day! So glad to have had you all work on my little old farmhouse, it’ll be good for another 100 years. Our experiences with Helitech has been very positive especially on the heels of some bad contractor experiences! Mark Keleher was such an awesome front person to work with at the QCCA Expo Home show! He has a wealth of knowledge under his belt and really knows how to work with people! He came to our house and took pictures and was very good about giving an accurate estimate while explaining all of the details of the project. Mark called a few times to check in on us before Charlie and his crew came out and worked very professionally. I had originally taken the time off to watch the progress and to make certain things were on the up and up. Within about an hour of talking to them and Charlie carefully explaining down to the last detail what would be done, I was certain we had professionals in here! It was fun to watch the progress of the basement and I checked in every so often just for my own knowledge.

We were so concerned about the water issues that had been created from a poor job on a cement front porch. After the guys were here, it completely relieved the pressure on the walls, the sump pump and eased our minds completely! We would highly recommend Helitech again, and wouldn’t hesitate to call them if we had any other issues!
