Meet Jon Courtney

As a project estimator for Helitech, I take great pride in helping customers understand the issues they are having with their home and the different avenues to go about solving their waterproofing or foundation problems within the Metro East/St. Louis area.

I have been with Helitech since 2003. Throughout those years, I have been a Leadman, Foreman, and now Project Specialist. My knowledge of the products and installation helps me give the best solution for your home so you can have peace of mind.

Over the years, I try to give back to the community as much as possible by donating my time and services to Special Olympics, Tapestries of Community Offering (T.O.C.O.), Make a Wish, Herstory (Women Crisis Center), Big Brother & Big Sisters, Ronald McDonald House, and volunteering in Haiti through In His Hands Orphanage.

The most important life lessons I’ve learned are kindness, trust, and loyalty. Working for Helitech as a project estimator and solving homeowners’ problems with the best products available gives me a great sense of satisfaction at the end of the day.

Absolutely thrilled that I decided to go with Helitech for my home’s foundation needs. My biggest mistake was not calling them first. Jon Courtney takes time to listen, assesses your situation, and creates a plan for your needs that leaves you with confidence. A massive burden was relieved from my shoulders after my meeting with Jon. Rest assured that Jon is not a salesman. He will not try to sell you on time and material that is not needed for your waterproofing & foundation repair. Jon’s priority is addressing your situation appropriately that will leave you with confidence that your home or business is in good hands. Prior to reaching out to Helitech, I sought out another company that quoted me over 30k for repairs. An astronomical sum that I was unable to mentally justify. The sales rep (Jon Courtney) was very helpful! To start, we had a scary old foundation that was leaking and cracking on 2 sides. He took time to walk through all options and the pros and cons of the options. The was zero pressure to commit to a costly repair. He took the time to help us understand the structural concerns as we had no clue. We worked through the concerns which put us in the best position to stabilize our foundation walls and provide a lifetime guarantee of the structure. We also were provided a solution that would provide peace of mind for when we choose to sell our home. The lifetime warranty is transferable to the next owner which provides the potential buyer peace of mind as well. The solution we bought was not the most expensive solution, it was the best solution. We can’t thank Jon enough for the service and support throughout the entire process. We would recommend Helitech and Jon to anyone that has a need for foundation or waterproofing concerns.
