Scheduling & Job Process

The Helitech office staff is available Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm to set up your appointment. We have a voicemail system set up available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to better serve our customers and their individual schedules.

Once your appointment is set through our office staff, a Helitech Project Specialist will come out to assess your home’s problem, whether it be a sinking foundation, cracked walls, water problem, or concrete issue. Our project specialists are visiting homeowners on a daily basis and appointments are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Helitech Project Specialist will provide you with a custom, written estimate for repair. They will also discuss payment options with you, such as free financing with no interest option and no payments for up to 12 months.

One common question we often get from homeowners is “How soon can you be out to fix my problem?”. Our best answer: it varies. However, we can firmly say that once all contracts are signed and your deposit received, paperwork can take 7-10 business days process to the scheduling department. In the event of an emergency situation, priority is given to special instances. If you are in an emergency situation, call us at 800-246-9721 and we can work with you as necessary.

Once our team receives and reviews your contract, someone will contact and work with you to schedule the actual work. Wait times vary depending upon crew availability and seasonality.
