17 years ago Helitech originally installed helical screw anchors on my wall that has a 30-foot horizontal crack. My wall recently moved very slightly so I called Helitech to come back out to inspect the wall. They lived up to their warranty by adjusting the anchors and adding carbon fiber material to my wall at no extra cost. I also decided to pay for epoxy injection for the crack in order to stop the leaks that occurred when it rained. The work was performed in December right before the recent storms that caused record flooding in St. Louis. I was amazed that my basement was completely dry for the first time since I have owned the home even with the massive amounts of rain. I was impressed with their warranty service and would definitely recommend epoxy injection for leaks.

We needed a crack repaired in our foundation for years. The Home Care Specialist was able to come to the house and clearly explained the procedure that Helitech uses to repair our problem. Brandon is the technician who repaired the crack and did an exceptional job. It looks professional and neat. We are more than pleased with the epoxy and mesh membrane used to repair the crack. Used Helitech for a leak in a small crack in my basement wall from ceiling to floor. Held for a while, but after a couple years, it started leaking again in a small portion of the crack. Helitech came right back out & redid their work under warranty.

If you have water issues in your basement, there is no better company. Helitech is not cheap but before my work, my basement was turning into a swimming pool, now, not even a drop.

Helitech is fantastic. The garage floor and a few other concrete areas at our house had sunk. We were selling our home and had to make repairs as a contingency of the sale. We received bids from 5 different companies and ultimately selected Helitech. Helitech was confident they could lift the garage floor (others were not). Their price was competitive. They have an outstanding reputation. They responded quickly to our bid request and any other email/calls I made (many others I had to follow up with multiple times just to get a bid!). Helitech was also very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. It was the busy season and they had a multiple week wait that extended beyond the closing date of the sale of our house. They shifted their schedules and were able to fit us in almost immediately.

We initially contracted with Woods Basement Systems to solve our issues. After a year and numerous attempts to get the job completed it was not! I reached out to them many times and finally figured out they didn’t want my business. So I emailed your company. Your sales rep assessed the project and we contracted the job on 6/11/17. The job was completed today, 7/24/17.

Just wanted to let you know Justin was at my home on July 25th to repair cracks in my basement. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and when he was finished everything was cleaned up. I hardly knew he was here working. I told Steve as well when he stopped by to check on the work. Steve and the rest of the crew did an exceptional job dealing with the weather, completing the job on time and creating a minimal mess. On the two days, our job was scheduled, we received well over five inches of rain. They persevered through the worst downpours I’ve ever seen. Given the conditions, they did a great job protecting our yard. During the final walk-through, I was pleasantly surprised how much they had cleaned up. Your Hydraway Waterproofing System was installed at our home October 2-6th. Your team kept us informed, willingly answered questions, and worked very hard! Greg took the time to go over my unique situation and thankfully gave me the good news that my foundation was solid but the additions that were added to the home were off. This was a fantastic experience. Justin and Aaron were on time, completed the work requested, seeded the entire yard, watered the whole yard, cut down 2 trees and stacked the firewood, babysit my granddaughters while I took a nap and offered to fix supper for us. Bryan Adcock did a excellent job finding cracks on outside basement foundation. He later came back once the paneling was removed and checked for the cracks on the inside. Helitech worked with me time wise when it was convenient for me to be there to get the work done. Austin the tech was very knowledgeable with repair work to be done. It has rained and there is no sign of water.

“Your craftsman, Justin Roberts, appeared on time this morning and repaired our foundation crack. He was neat and clean with his work and explained in detail the process and stages of the work—both before and after the job. It was also necessary for him to clear some framing off the wall on the top side in order to get to the entirety of the interior crack. So that was extra work, which he executed without complaint or extra charges. Justin also recommended additional preventative work around our foundation and the front landscape to better evacuate water during heavy rainfall.

I am hopeful the work will resolve our foundation leak situation and will observe the crack over the next 90 days before restoring the interior drywall. Regardless, I wanted you to know that Justin represented your company in a professional manner, communicated thoroughly to set expectations about the work process and advised me about how to treat the affected area going forward. I felt like he did a nice job in all respects.

Helitech stands by the fantastic products and services it sells and the employees are ultimate professionals and friendly! In 2002, Helitech installed the Hydraway Drainage System and a sump pump into my basement. I’m positively impressed at how well this Hydraway system has performed in the past 16 years. Not a drop of water on any floor, anywhere. The sump pump worked hard for all of those 16 years and finally needed to be replaced. Also impressive is that Helitech uses the same American company for their powerful home sump pumps. My phone call for service in April 2018 was met with a friendly voice, the exact cost for sump pump repair/replacement and I was given an immediate appointment.
