Melvin was very kind and showed up on time ready to get to work. He quoted us about a 3.5 to 4 hour work time and he came in just a bit short of the 3.5 hour time which was great! The work was done exceptionally well and made sure to clean up after he completed. Kevin Strange was my technician. He did a wonderful job of explaining the problem and process to fix the crack on outside of my basement. The cost was reasonable for the fix. Lalo, Rodney, and Chris are awesome! My house was supposed to be an easy, straightforward project, 13 piers all from the exterior. When they started digging they quickly found out that my house has an 8ft frost footing in some parts and giant rocks that they had to pull out by hand. What was supposed to be an easy 2.5-3 day job turned into a 4 day job. They showed up every day and worked hard in the heat. I am so happy with the work they did! They really are the best!
