I’m writing this review entirely based on my introduction to the company with Brian Cox and his home visit to perform a quote/sales call. I had two other companies scheduled to come out and do quotes later that week, but I was so impressed with his transparency, thoroughness, and willingness to listen that I was completely sold and canceled their appts. This is how a sales call is supposed to go, sometimes people come out and try to interrupt, rush and slap down a piece of paper and get out. Brian had the emotional intelligence to work w/ me on my level and that makes for an incredible customer experience. He should really be getting paid the big bucks and training other people on the team – I hope that’s the case. Thanks, Brian!

Over the past two days, Foreman Chris Underwood and laborers C.J. Holman and Devan Kaulkner were at my condo repairing the basement wall and installing a drainage pipe. These Helitech employees were stellar in all areas. They were organized and went to work immediately. During the process we encountered a minor snafu which required their patience to resolve. They were patient and all possessed a “can do” attitude. Throughout the process, Chris Underwood explained the process as it went along. All the employees were cheerful, courteous and respectful of property and privacy while doing their work. In all ways, it was a pleasure to have them perform this work and I really cant imagine how they could have performed it better. Without a doubt, I am completely able to recommend the services of Helitech to others.

“Your craftsman, Justin Roberts, appeared on time this morning and repaired our foundation crack. He was neat and clean with his work and explained in detail the process and stages of the work—both before and after the job. It was also necessary for him to clear some framing off the wall on the top side in order to get to the entirety of the interior crack. So that was extra work, which he executed without complaint or extra charges. Justin also recommended additional preventative work around our foundation and the front landscape to better evacuate water during heavy rainfall.

I am hopeful the work will resolve our foundation leak situation and will observe the crack over the next 90 days before restoring the interior drywall. Regardless, I wanted you to know that Justin represented your company in a professional manner, communicated thoroughly to set expectations about the work process and advised me about how to treat the affected area going forward. I felt like he did a nice job in all respects.

I will be in touch with Helitech about additional work in the area of my front lawn to help prevent water pressure on my foundation. Thanks.

We had a very good experience with Brian Cox from Helitech. We wanted to see if we had foundation issues that needed very expensive repairs. Another company had given us a bid that would have cost thousands and torn up our property for months. As it turns out this work was totally unnecessary. Just wanted to let you know Justin was at my home on July 25th to repair cracks in my basement. He was very polite and professional. 17 years ago Helitech originally installed helical screw anchors on my wall that has a 30-foot horizontal crack. My wall recently moved very slightly so I called Helitech to come back out to inspect the wall. They lived up to their warranty by adjusting the anchors and adding carbon fiber material to my wall at no extra cost. I also decided to pay for epoxy injection for the crack in order to stop the leaks that occurred when it rained. The work was performed in December right before the recent storms that caused record flooding in St. Louis. I was amazed that my basement was completely dry for the first time since I have owned the home even with the massive amounts of rain. I was impressed with their warranty service and would definitely recommend epoxy injection for leaks.
