17 years ago Helitech originally installed helical screw anchors on my wall that has a 30-foot horizontal crack. My wall recently moved very slightly so I called Helitech to come back out to inspect the wall. They lived up to their warranty by adjusting the anchors and adding carbon fiber material to my wall at no extra cost. I also decided to pay for epoxy injection for the crack in order to stop the leaks that occurred when it rained. The work was performed in December right before the recent storms that caused record flooding in St. Louis. I was amazed that my basement was completely dry for the first time since I have owned the home even with the massive amounts of rain. I was impressed with their warranty service and would definitely recommend epoxy injection for leaks.

Used Helitech for a leak in a small crack in my basement wall from ceiling to floor. Held for a while, but after a couple years, it started leaking again in a small portion of the crack. Helitech came right back out & redid their work under warranty.

Just wanted to let you know Justin was at my home on July 25th to repair cracks in my basement. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and when he was finished everything was cleaned up. I hardly knew he was here working. I told Steve as well when he stopped by to check on the work. We HAD a water leak in the foundation where the original house connected to an addition. I contacted 3 companies to come out and tell me what the problem was and how to fix it. 2 of the companies wanted to put in sump pump systems at a cost of over $5000, and they would only guarantee the fix for 5 years I believe. Helitech recommended another much cheaper fix and a lifetime guarantee. A few weeks later a Helitech worker came out and within a few hours, our problem was solved!

John from Helitech came out and used a laser level to find where the house had settled. He thoroughly examined the basement to find the problem areas. Cracks in the foundation were repaired by the crew. Very happy with the work and would recommend them to friends.

My basement was bad for leaking water. After getting all the small details out of the way, the crew showed up on time and called before they got here. I went down many times to take pictures the crew was happy to show me and explained what they were doing and how the system would work. And now my basement looks a lot better then it used to and it’s staying dry.

As I homeowner having water in your home is frustrating! In my case, my kitchen is actually in the basement, so when I got water, it affected my living space and where I have dinner with my family. I asked around my work to see who people would recommend. Helitech was mentioned 3 times, so I thought, “I’ll give them a call”, this became the best decision I could have made!
After making an apt with the friendly receptionist, I was introduced to Mark. He came to the house and explained everything to me. I usually don’t leave online reviews but my recent experience with Helitech has been so positive that I feel compelled to write one. We recently bought a house that has foundation repair work done by Helitech in 2021 that came with a lifetime transferrable warranty. I met with Nick Lanners at the end of May for an inspection to enable the warranty transfer process. While Nick was at our house, I brought up the basement water issue with him (water just poured out whenever it rained). Even though Helitech didn’t do the waterproofing at our house, Nick was very helpful in giving me some pointers regarding what we may try. We eventually decided to spend the money to get our basement waterproofed and obtained several quotes from different companies. We are really glad that we went with Helitech for the project. Nick has been outstanding throughout the process. Frankly, the only reason we went with Helitech is because of Nick. He took the time to explain the work that would be done and is very responsive in returning phone calls, text messages, or emails. He took the time to come to our house a few days before the project was scheduled to begin to make sure our house was ready. He stopped by a couple of times while the project was underway to make sure everything was in order. He even returned several days after the project was completed to help me re-connected our utility sink and washer/dryer. It was a wonderful feeling to have a rep that I feel I can trust and count on. Our project took 4 days to complete. Clayton and his crew were excellent. They showed up on time every day. It was very hot for the four days that they were there, but the crew worked hard every single day and cleaned up after the project was completed. Due to the cost of the project (it was not cheap) and some of the reviews that I read online, I was a little nervous and anxious to go with Helitech. But we are glad that we did. We also had another waterproofing company did a downspout extension project for us last month, and I can tell you that the responsiveness and customer service from Helitech and that other company is day-and-night (no comparison at all). We haven’t had a good rain yet to test and see if the waterproofing actually works. I may need to come back here and edit this review when we have a chance to see how the system holds up to the rain. But as Nick repeatedly reassured me, Helitech guarantees their work and if there are any issues, Nick reassured me that all I need to do is to give him a call. Michael Mohler was the technician that came to my house to give me a quote. I had water leaking in the yard and a crack on my wall. Michael inspected under the house. I need a sump pump. Bryan Adcock did a excellent job finding cracks on outside basement foundation. He later came back once the paneling was removed and checked for the cracks on the inside. Helitech worked with me time wise when it was convenient for me to be there to get the work done. Austin the tech was very knowledgeable with repair work to be done. It has rained and there is no sign of water.

“Your craftsman, Justin Roberts, appeared on time this morning and repaired our foundation crack. He was neat and clean with his work and explained in detail the process and stages of the work—both before and after the job. It was also necessary for him to clear some framing off the wall on the top side in order to get to the entirety of the interior crack. So that was extra work, which he executed without complaint or extra charges. Justin also recommended additional preventative work around our foundation and the front landscape to better evacuate water during heavy rainfall.

I am hopeful the work will resolve our foundation leak situation and will observe the crack over the next 90 days before restoring the interior drywall. Helitech is a great company! Beau was honest, helpful, and knowledgeable in regards to repairing issues with our basement. Helitech also stands by their product, offering lifetime warranties for certain repairs to basements and crawlspaces. I would recommend this company and estimator to anyone!!!

Our experiences with Helitech has been very positive especially on the heels of some bad contractor experiences! Mark Keleher was such an awesome front person to work with at the QCCA Expo Home show! He has a wealth of knowledge under his belt and really knows how to work with people! He came to our house and took pictures and was very good about giving an accurate estimate while explaining all of the details of the project. Mark called a few times to check in on us before Charlie and his crew came out and worked very professionally. I had originally taken the time off to watch the progress and to make certain things were on the up and up. Within about an hour of talking to them and Charlie carefully explaining down to the last detail what would be done, I was certain we had professionals in here! It was fun to watch the progress of the basement and I checked in every so often just for my own knowledge.

We were so concerned about the water issues that had been created from a poor job on a cement front porch. After the guys were here, it completely relieved the pressure on the walls, the sump pump and eased our minds completely! We would highly recommend Helitech again, and wouldn’t hesitate to call them if we had any other issues!

Helitech stands by the fantastic products and services it sells and the employees are ultimate professionals and friendly! In 2002, Helitech installed the Hydraway Drainage System and a sump pump into my basement. I’m positively impressed at how well this Hydraway system has performed in the past 16 years. Not a drop of water on any floor, anywhere. The sump pump worked hard for all of those 16 years and finally needed to be replaced. Also impressive is that Helitech uses the same American company for their powerful home sump pumps. My phone call for service in April 2018 was met with a friendly voice, the exact cost for sump pump repair/replacement and I was given an immediate appointment. Technician (Mike) arrived spot on time, had his shoe booties on, got straight to work, was super friendly/professional, explained and demonstrated the new pump, asked if I had questions, cleaned up, and before he left, he told me call Helitech for anything, big or small in the future. Thank you Helitech! Money well spent.
