Concrete Leveling
Don't Replace It; RAISE IT! Minimize

HELITECH has established a method of raising sinking concrete by a process that is one-third the cost of concrete replacement.  This procedure raises sunken concrete by drilling 2" holes through a slab of concrete and inserting a grout combination consisting of Portland cement, aggregate and water.  This grout injection (under control of hydraulic pressure) fills the voided areas allowing us to raise & level sunken conrete.

When all voided areas are filled, the injection mix "raises" the slab to the desired height.  The area is then "broom cleaned," and core holes are repaired to produce a smooth, level surface.  This procedure can be completed in a matter of hours with minimal disruption to normal traffic areas.
